1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or buying products from Hon I'm Home, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products and ordering

We sell raw honey and related goods. Stock listed on the shop page reflects what we actually have on hand. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse orders we cannot fulfill.

Orders ship Tuesdays and Fridays. We aim for arrival within four business days within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Raw honey and safety

Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and unheated. Crystallization is normal. Raw honey is not safe for infants under one year old. If you have specific dietary or medical concerns, consult a qualified professional.

4. Returns and refunds

If a jar arrives broken or your order is wrong, write to hello@honimhome.com within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. We don't accept returns of opened jars (food safety), but we always want to hear if something isn't right.

5. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, copy, photographs, illustrations, the brand mark, the labels, belongs to Hon I'm Home. Don't reproduce it without asking.

6. User conduct

Don't scrape the site, attempt to break it, misrepresent yourself, or use it for anything illegal. Behave like a guest on someone's porch.

7. Third-party links

We sometimes link to external sites (press mentions, shops, suppliers). We're not responsible for what happens on those sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond what's required by law. We do our best to keep the site accurate and the honey delicious, but we can't promise either is perfect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
